Description:

Coyote House was built in the l950s as a small two bedroom vacation house, occupied by only one or two friends of the then owners.  When it became one of Rancho Jacona’s rentals, guests commented there was insufficient eating space, and  in 1990 a new, large dining room was added off the kitchen.

 Now Coyote is a pleasant dwelling with one queen bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, one single daybed in the dining room, one full bath.  There’s also a queen sofabed in the living room. 

Coyote has great views on all sides, a large yard and patio.  In summer, Coyote is cooled by an evaporative cooler.  In winter, it is heated by its own forced air furnace.  Coyote sleeps four or five without using the sofabed.  Coyote has three parking spaces.

 Three nights’ minimum rental.
