	Open plan - living room/dining room/kitchen. Sleeps 3, or 5 with Bedroom B rented also
	1 King bed or 2 Twin beds plus 1 Full Sofa bed in the living room
	2 bathrooms if Bedroom B is rented also
	Gravel path access, ramp to portal, no stair steps inside. Given a week's notice, we can put grab bars where needed in the bathroom.
	Crib ($15) or Pack ‘n Play (NC) and High Chair (NC) available with advance notice.
	Wifi available 24 hours a day in the Wifi House next to Owl House

Description:

Newly built in the Santa Fe style in 2000, Turtle House has one bedroom with one king or two twin beds, a full bath, and one living/dining/kitchen area. A separate bedroom suite (Bedroom B) can be adjoined to Turtle House making it a two bedroom, two bath house.

Turtle House has an evaporative cooler in summer, baseboard radiation in winter. It has a covered portal with a view to the east of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Turtle has two parking spaces.

Three nights’ minimum rental.
