Family Reunions in Santa Fe

FROG HOUSE - family reunion Santa Fe - lodging large groupsFrog house has a large, fully equipped kitchen so arranged that several people can co-cook without getting in one another's way. The living room/dining room will seat 15, and an additional 8 to 12 people can be seated on the patio, which is immediately adjoining. For larger groups: From the patio, a path leads through the fenced yard to an area which can accommodate a floor and /or tent of any size customarily offered by rental agencies. In addition, a tent fifteen by thirty feet or smaller can be set up in the yard itself, immediately adjacent to the portal. Frog House, together with the three neighboring houses: Lizard, Turtle and owl, plus Bedrooms A and B, provide ten bedrooms and seven baths among them, housing a group of between 24 and 34 adults and children, more or fewer, depending upon sleeping arrangements. :: see many photos of Frog Casa BUTTERFLY HOUSE - for family reunion in Santa Fe AreaButterfly stands in its own landscaped acre. It has four bedrooms and four baths and can sleep between 7 and 12 persons. There are two patios, a terrace, and a large portal which offer various configurations for outdoor meals, receptions, and the like. One area near the front terrace allows a 20' by 30' floor and tent to be set up, and the terrace and, adjacent portal provide space for tables and umbrellas. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a back entrance for caterers, and parking for up to a dozen cars. :: see many photos of Butterfly Casa RABBIT HOUSE - for Santa Fe family reunion smaller groupsFor smaller groups, Rabbit House, together with Parrot and Piglet Houses, all three of which open upon the same large patio (though Piglet and Parrot also have separate, small patios) offers a pleasant assembly area for groups of up to fifteen. Rabbit has three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps six or eight. Multi House rentals should be scheduled well in advance. Please note that because a cancellation of multiple house rentals at short notice leaves Rancho Jacona with limited ability to re-rent the houses, the cancellation policy is considerably more restrictive for multiple house rentals whether the rentals are made by one person or several for one event. REUNIONS AT RANCHO JACONA REQUIRE RENTAL OF MULTIPLE HOUSES "Multiple Houses" is defined as follows:1. Rental, whether by one person or separate persons in concert for the same or overlapping dates of any two of the three largest houses, Frog, Butterfly and Rabbit. The minimum rental IN SEASON is 5 nights, OUT OF SEASON is three nights. 2. Rental, as above, of any one of the three largest houses together with two or more other houses. Minimum rental IN SEASON, 5 nights. OUT OF SEASON, 3 nights. For Multiple House rental In Season, the cancellation period is four months. For Multiple House rental Out of Season, the cancellation period is two months. If Multiple Houses are canceled with less notice than above, reuse of deposits (normally allowed by Rancho Jacona within 18 months) is not allowed, but a refund will be made for any portion of the cancellation which is re-sold. If tents, floors, outdoor music, amplifiers, and any non-customary usage of the property is to be made, such arrangements must be made and paid for by the event organizers. ALSO their house rental must extend through the entire period from delivery to clean-up. Rancho Jacona reserves the right to make a charge to cover unusual preparation and clean up as previously arranged with the organizers. Santa Fe family reunions are easily hosted at our set of vacation cottages - vacation casitas 20 minutes outside of Santa Fe. On 30 acres of family friendly Santa Fe land that has barn yard animals, dogs, peacocks, informal gardens, art, sculpture and great views of to the Sangre de Cristo mountains and across the valley of the Rio Grande, the Jemez range rises up behind the Los Alamos buttes. Many of our family reunion casitas are pet-friendly Santa Fe accommodation. There is ample space for family reunions in Santa Fe to play, swim, escape from each other and gather together in large kitchens, dining areas and patios. Regularly every year families gather with us - there may be eight adults and three children or there may be 20 adults and 20 children. All size families and their pets are welcome at Rancho Jacona. There is so much to do here and so many adventures and learning experiences for family reunion attendees around us in Santa Fe.
