This rental house replaces the need for a family hotel in Santa Fe. It is, in fact, Santa Fe bargain family lodging.
Frog is recommended "home base" for summer or fall for Santa Fe family reunions, Santa Fe group reunions.
It can seat 25 for meals in the living room, dining room and adjacent patio.
One king bedroom, (sleeps one or two), one with a queen bed and a single bed, (sleeps two to three) one with one queen bed and two sets of bunks (sleeps three to six).
There is also a sofabed in the living room. This will sleep two children or one light weight adult in reasonable comfort.
Usual occupancy, 6 to 8.
Highest bed occupancy with king and queen beds shared, 11. Two baths, one with Jacuzzi and handicap accessible.
Description:
Frog vacation rental house sits adjacent the large west meadow with its wind mobile sculpture.
The house is large enough to be the headquarters for an extended family and friends vacation.
Fully handicapped accessible with toilet, shower and jacuzzi tub set up for excellent access and wheelchair movement. There is a seat in the shower and a roll-under lavatory.
Entering the house, you move right into the large living/dining/kitchen area. The area is open so that no one of the group is "stuck" in the kitchen. The adobe fireplace is in one corner.
A large, tile roofed terrace opens off the living area patio and is beside a grassy, fenced yard.
The three bedrooms open off the main living area. There are two bathrooms.
