Description:

Turtle is a new house constructed in the traditional pueblo style with ceiling beams, kiva fireplace, and a tiled floor.

The portal is roofed and framed with pine postas (posts), vigas (beams), and sawn corbels.

Inside, the main living/dining/kitchen area is entirely open so that no one gets abandoned in the kitchen. A French door opens out on to the patio from the living/dining area.

The bedroom leads off the kitchen area and has its own bath.

Turtle faces east, toward the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the sunrise.

Turtle has direct access to Bedroom B - that may be rented additionally.

Turtle is:
- next the east meadow
- next Owl and Lizard Casitas
- not far from the pool.
- not far from the rabbit pen
- not far from the jungle children's playground
- not far from the acequia
